Refund policy

Current state

Billing is not active today: no payment is taken on this site, so no refunds are currently applicable. This policy describes what will happen once PayPal billing is configured.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account billing page or directly in PayPal. Cancellation takes effect when PayPal confirms it; your plan then resets to Free and your remaining quota for the month is the Free quota.

Refunds

Funlag does not take card details and does not issue refunds directly. Refund requests for PayPal payments are handled through PayPal under PayPal's terms; contact Funlag through the contact page with your subscription details and the request will be reviewed against what PayPal reports. No refund amount, timeline, or approval is promised here beyond what PayPal itself provides.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so it has no refunds. Downgrading to Free is always available by cancelling a paid subscription.
