Privacy policy

Browser-local tools
Most Funlag tools run entirely in your browser. For those tools, your input is never uploaded, stored, or sent to any server, and Funlag never sees it. This is a technical fact of the implementation, not a promise about a third party.
Accounts
If you create an account, Funlag stores your email address, your chosen display name (if any), a scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), your plan, and your monthly usage counts. Sessions are signed cookies that expire after 7 days. You can delete your account from your account settings; deletion removes your account and its usage records, but any active PayPal subscription must be cancelled first.
Provider tools (when configured)
Tools that need an outside provider (OCR, vision models, PDF processing) will send the files you submit to that provider for processing when configured. Today no such provider is configured, so those tools do not run and nothing is sent. When a provider is added, this policy and the affected tool pages will name it.
AI Listing Optimizer
The optimizer stores the product details you enter (name, description, attributes, and source URL when you use one), the listings it generates for you, and your bulk-job records, all scoped to your account. Product images you upload are stored only when image storage is configured; otherwise uploads are validated and discarded, and the page says so. When an AI provider is configured, your approved product facts are sent to that provider to generate listings; generated text is labeled as AI-generated, and facts the provider cannot support are flagged rather than invented. Optimizer records are deleted with your account, subject to the PayPal-subscription rule above. No optimizer data is sold. This section is a template and needs legal review before it is relied on.
Payments
Billing runs through PayPal only. Funlag never receives, stores, or processes your card number or CVV; payment details are handled by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. Funlag stores only your plan and PayPal subscription identifier, which are needed to grant and revoke paid access.
Analytics
Funlag does not run advertising trackers on tool pages. The owner dashboard shows aggregate counts that Funlag itself observes (registrations, plan distribution, monthly units used). Uploaded documents, passwords, and API keys are never sent to analytics.
What is not collected
Funlag does not collect your tool inputs from browser-local tools, does not sell personal data, and does not fabricate usage statistics. If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. Note that the contact form itself requires transactional email to be configured; until then it reports that it cannot deliver.
